About Us

Neat & Perfect Bartending Co. was founded in March 2025 with the simple goal of making high-quality, thoughtful bartending accessible to anyone in Washington who wants great drinks at their event. Nicole and Chris each bring nearly a decade of event bartending experience, along with the creativity and high-volume service skills to keep drinks excellent and lines minimal.

We both continue to work in Seattle’s bar industry, which keeps our menus current and our cocktails exciting without losing sight of what works at an event. In our first year, we have been proud to work with Pacific Science Center, GitHub, Microsoft, and the VIP Whiskey Loft at Lumen Field for the Seahawks season.

As a small, owner-operated company, you will almost always have Nicole, Chris, or both of us behind the bar. If one of us is unavailable, we bring in a trusted bartenders from the best bars in Seattle, so you will never be left with an inexperienced bartender behind the bar.

    Christopher Ryan

    CO-FOUNDER

Originally from Florida and Tennessee, Christopher Ryan has worked in the service industry since 2011, beginning his career in fine dining before moving into bartending and event hospitality. Over the years, he has bartended at Anthony’s HomePort in Edmonds, managed a Washington event-bartending company for five years, and led bar programs and event operations for large-scale events throughout the country. He is currently a bartender at Rich Rich in Seattle.
